The African American Automotive Association (AAAA) is thrilled to announce a groundbreaking collaboration with Williams Esports. This collaboration will merge AAAA’s comprehensive STEAM-based automotive education curriculum with the immersive racing experience of the Williams Esports program.
This initiative will introduce students from underserved communities to the dynamic world of motorsports beyond the driver’s seat. Participants will learn about the business, marketing, and management aspects of racing while engaging with the cutting-edge technology behind motorsport simulations. The program aims to equip students with both technical skills and real-world business knowledge, making learning interactive, fun, and relevant to modern motorsports.
Williams Esports will support the AAAA by providing access to racing simulators at a range of venues and events, starting with The SEMA Show in Las Vegas (Nov 5-8). Williams will also support the STEAM-based education program in delivery of course material, access to industry experts and insights, and organisation of experiential tournaments and competitions for students.

"This initiative aligns perfectly with our mission to bring opportunities to Black and Brown youth, fostering opportunity, diversity and inclusion in motorsports."
Students will compete locally and globally, gaining valuable experience in team management, sponsorship, and social media marketing. Field trips to live motorsport events will also allow students to see their learning in action.
